Here are another version of the seaweed strips. Let's see if they are better than the last one.

These are thin dark-green seaweed strips. The colour is very deep and you can feel a lot of powdery coating on each strip. A very savoury flavour and you can really taste the sharpness from the lime. It also has a lingering heat from the chilli. I would rate it a mild to hot spiciness. It is also a bit on the salty side. Which could go well with a cold drink.
These seaweed strips feel thicker and more flavoursome than other seaweed strips, even from same company. So they are more satisfying on the tongue, though really do need to pair with a drink as will make you thirsty.
Overall I would rate this 8/10
Yum. This sounds amazing.
ReplyDeletewhere do you find these delicious snacks???
ReplyDeleteI find most of these snacks at local asian grocery stores here in Footscray, Victoria, Australia. I also sometimes shop at a large supermarket in the CBD.
